Did you ever fly a kite? Remember that feeling when the wind took it and it flew up into the sky, and you felt like you’d flown up into the sky with it because it was an extension of you? Wahoo! I hope that these earrings help you to feel a little hint at least.
These particular kites are made out of sterling silver, peridot and pearl. The overall length is 60mm from the tip of the kite to the end of the tail. I have created a texture in the silver by rolling it with a leaf through a rolling mill.
